토마스 S. 팀코

최고회계책임자 및 기업 콘트롤러, Delphi Corporation

토마스 S. 팀코(39)씨는 델파이 코퍼레이션의 최고회계책임자(CAO)이며 기업 콘트롤러입니다. 팀코씨는 2006년 6월에 콘트롤러로서 델파이에 합류했으며 2006년 8월에 CAO가 되었습니다.

Timko began his career in 1991 with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where his responsibilities included managing multiple audit and special project teams for large multinational companies. Timko was responsible for coordinating global audit and tax services. In addition, Timko participated in numerous SEC registration statements, 10-K and 10-Q filings and assisted clients with acquisition due diligence.

In January of 2003, Timko was named the Assistant Controller for the Dover Corporation, which is a diversified manufacturing company. Timko was responsible for financial reporting, accounting policies and procedures, and internal audit. He was also responsible for leading and managing the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance effort and provided support for other corporate departments such as Tax, Risk Management/Insurance, Legal and Treasury.

In December of 2004, Tom was named the Assistant Controller at Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), one of the world's largest advertising agencies. In 1991, Timko graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Timko was selected by a panel of judges from Crain's Detroit Business Publication to "Crain's 40 Under 40, Class of 2007", which recognizes professionals who have achieved significant business success before the age of 40.
